Nagkaroon ng training tungkol sa Basic Human Rights o HR 101 noong June 28, 2022. May 40 na bagong leaders mula sa iba’t ibang SNPP areas ang lumahok sa Quezon City. Namuno at nagpadaloy ng pagsasanay ang IDEALS tungkol sa pagpapalalim ng kaalaman sa karapatang pantao, sa batas at paano mag-document ng human rights violations na magagamit sa kanilang mga komunidad.
