May 31 participants ang dumalo sa Zoom upang matuto tungkol sa social accountability, good governance, transparency, participation, at kung paano pa mas mapabuti ang pag-monitor ng programa at makipag-ugnayan sa gobyerno at makilahok sa mga proseso.
