On September 21, the 48th anniversary of the declaration of Martial Law, SNPP leaders participated in the martial law commemoration and protest action held at the Commission on Human Rights, in Quezon City. The activity highlighted opposition to the administration’s current and proposed laws that reflect policies during the dictatorship, with discussions that SNPP leaders initiated or continued in their townhall meetings or pulong bahay. 8 core leaders from Quezon City, Caloocan, Malabon, and Bulacan participated in the activity.
